Friday (12th February 2016)
On Friday, Marion was back in the constituency working from her office in Motherwell. The day brought with it a number of meetings with local people and organisations.
Marion and Clare Adamson MSP were also delighted to meet with Chief Superintendent Roddy Irvine, the new Divisional Commander for Lanarkshire who will be based at the division’s headquarters at Motherwell Police Office.
Earlier in the day, some of Marion’s constituency office staff were at Theo’s Cafe in the Orbiston Neighbourhood Centre to offer assistance and information on the MP’s behalf. This is a monthly surgery which takes place in the same venue on the second Friday of each month and anyone living locally with a concern they wish to raise or a question they wish to ask is encouraged to attend in the coming months.
