Today is International Men’s Day. It is extremely important to highlight men’s mental health. Suicide is one of the biggest killers of men – especially young men. Societal norms can make men think they can’t open up about how they are feeling or seek help. If you feel stressed, anxious or depressed, please visit a doctor or speak to someone close to you.

Everyone has a role to play in tackling mental health. Ask yourself what you can do to help those around you. It can be changing how you treat someone or even just asking someone how they feel. It could save a life.
