RUTH’S TORIES SNUBBED AS ENGLISH MP APPOINTED SCOTLAND MINISTER

29th July 2019

Worcester MP Robin Walker has been appointed parliamentary under-secretary of state at the Scotland Office.

Clearly Johnson isn’t impressed by Ruth Davidson’s Tories. Not a great week for Ruth Davidson in general as Johnson takes power and David Mundell is sacked. It hasn’t stopped her and the Scottish branch office falling in line to do as they’re told.

What does it say about the state of the UK that a MP that doesn’t represent a Scottish seat can take such an important role?
