1st until the 7th of November is National Befriending Week. I had the priviledge of joining the Community Champions of Befriend Motherwell, at St Andrews Church in Motherwell to celebrate their 5th Birthday. In addition, I signed the pledge to tackle #Loneliness in Scotland
