More good news for Scotland with unemployment at pre-recession levels and employment increasing.
This is more excellent news for Scotland – unemployment is now at pre-recession levels and the level of employment is increasing.
This is, in part, due to some of the actions undertaken by the Scottish Government, including business rate reviews which has resulted in small and medium sized businesses continuing to hire.
Of course, there is still work to be done.
We must ensure those going into work are doing so in quality employment. That is why zero-hour contracts must be scrapped a real living wage implemented to make work pay.
